As Hurricane Vicky unleashed her rage on Houston, the mystical underbelly of the city was washed clean. Vampires, werewolves, mages, all vanished without a trace. The spirits slumber, the holy places they once defended tossed aside by the fury of the storm and left scattered and powerless, marbles before a petulant child. But even in the World of Darkness, nature abhors a vacuum, and so they come : Opportunists, crusaders, avengers, investigators and more. Some to discover the truth of what happened, some to take advantage of the chance of a lifetime. Among the endings of so many, they will find a new beginning in the wake of the storm.
